and for the base we find there
contemplating everything that collides, collapses and deconstructs in and around us
a landmark and a resource
for the rhythm too
the slow pulse that underpins all cycles, large and small,
and indicates the tempo and manner of movements, actions and words
accuracy
everything else flows from it !
a space is already open to us in the depths of winter in the heart of Champagne
a space to be with ourselves and to be together, out of the chaotic time that flees
it’s a weekend of immersion in a protected environment, with the intimacy of a small group, conducive to a deep reconnection with what is truly essential
the breath, the movements, the feeling of intimacy, the crossing of paths as we explore together, the patterns that emerge as we share – these are just some of the flavours of what’s in store for the group
