place   wherever you are, outdoors preferably
time   9-10pm
material   block or cushion, blanket, thermos flask
modalities   at the time of  the meeting, you join remotely, connect with the group and sit for as long as you want 
                    later in the evening you receive the recording of the transmission during the meditation
